Chandigarh is India's fastest growing city. The transport and communication facilities in the city are good and effective.
Beautiful City Chandigarh!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Do you ever think about it's land and real estate prices????????????????
Real estate prices are now rising very fast.Increase in the foreign investment has actually fuelled the rising in the real estate prices.
Chandigarh is growing very fast in IT field. Chandigarh Technology Park (CTP) is a boom for IT professionals in the city. Many big and multi-national companies like Infosys, Wipro, Convergys, EDC etc. are set up their centers in IT park. Quark is also planning to establish their separate IT city called 'Quark city' in Mohali.
Now a days , people are shifting from small towns to the developing cities .More and more people arrival in the city means less and less land is available every year. In the answer, land prices are rising.
So , It's a very big and great opportunity to invest at this time because this is the right time to invest as real estate prices are rising day by day...... Investment in Chandigarh is really beneficial for any developer , real estate giants or also for common man .

Growing Economy Of Chandigarh

The stock market is a good way of raising money for the expansion of a business. Manufacturing companies raise money usually to set up new plants and expand capacity. Services companies—such as banks, hotels and telecom operators—do it to increase their reach to new markets. But in the past few years, a new breed of companies has entered the stock market to raise money. Real-estate developers, virtually strangers at the bourses, are increasingly tapping this source of funds. The real estate sector has traditionally funded its operations through promoters contributions and borrowings.
Many real estate companies have big plans in the pipeline. Some of them are moving away from the saturated metros and eyeing tier II cities like Chandigarh.

For instance, many Delhi-based property developers are making a foray into Chandigarh, the city with the largest number of crorepatis in the country. For the small investor, this is an opportunity to get a piece of the action of the real estate market.

Chandigarh will become the part of the fastest growing economy very soon and it'll become your Dream City as it is the most happening city of India. So Come!!!!!!!!!! lets get together to make the city your imaginative place with high growth prospect and I am sure it'll become tier-I city from tier-II.
What do you think Is it fruitful to invest in Chandigarh as it is the center of attraction for most of the builders and real estate developers from metropolls like Delhi , Mumbai , Banglore ,Pune , Kolkata etc.Chandigarh promises to give you , your Return of Investment in few years. Its a very big opportunity, also for middle class people to invest at right place and they'll reap the fruit they sow.

Collector rate hike irks Panchkula residential property, builders

THE sudden hike in the collector rate — the government-fixed price of land for collection of stamp duty — in Panchkula Residential Property has come as a major jolt to the residents, property dealers and real estate developers.
The hike, about 175 per cent more than the earlier rate, was announced by the Panchkula district administration on March 10. It is feared that the hike would have its toll on the booming property sale and purchase activities in Panchkula. While the previous rate, continuing unchanged for the past 30 years, was Rs 7,000 for one square metre of land in Panchkula, it has now been fixed at Rs 18,000.
