Punjab paves way for real estate firms..
THE Punjab Government has agreed in principle to issue Change of Land Use (CLU) permissions to real estate companies whose projects have been cleared under the mega projects category. The company has to have at least 100 acres of land to set up the project.
The Board also approved the change in land use(CLU) as well as change in alignment of sector roads outlined in the existing Masterplans of SAS Nagar and Zirakpur.
The Board also approved the project of M/s Renaissance Build Company Limited in village Rampur Kalan, Kishanpur and Kurari as a part of the SAS Nagar Masterplan.
Approval was also given to the change of land use of 186 acres of land on Zirakpur Patiala Highway. The proposed project by Shourya Tower Private Limited at Village Bathlana and Ansal Township in Mohali, over an area of 350 acres, also got the green signal.
Other projects that got the nod were M/s Ireo Funds Limited and Mega Housing Project of Intercity Promoters Private Limited.
